Ingredients
Oats : 2 cups
Channa dal : 1 cup
Red chilly : 5
Chopped onion : 1/2 cup
Grated coconut : 1/2 cup
Grated ginger : 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
Method
Soak channa dal for 1 hour.
Grind channa dal and red chilly to coarse consistency.
Add oats,chopped onion,coconut, ginger, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix well.
Keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Heat a tawa, spread 2 ladles of batter and pour oil around the edges.
Allow to cook on medium heat and flip to the other side to cook.
Once done remove from flame and serve hot.
Crispy and unique. Love the decoration
